1. When does the store open and close?
The store is only open for 2 weeks at a time to process orders.
Be sure to place your order before each given deadline!
2. When will I receive my order?
Orders will be processed after the store closes. Expect delivery to the office approximately 3 weeks after store closes.
3. How will I receive my order?
All items will be delivered to the Waco, Fort Worth or Austin LP offices. You’ll be notified once your items are ready for pickup.
4. What is the return policy?
All sales are final.We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please double-check your selections before completing your order.
5. How do I pay for my items?
All payments are processed online through our LP account at the time of checkout.
6. Where are the products manufactured?
Products are produced through our trusted vendor partner, Integ. Details may vary by item, but all merchandise meets our quality standards.
7. What does the “Inventory Notice” mean?
Our merch vendor fulfills orders for multiple partners, so availability can change quickly. While we try to keep everything updated, occasionally an item may go out of stock before your order is processed. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away with options to substitute, wait, or cancel.
